LASeR provides a variety of Scholarship Programs to help young students access better education opportunities.
The City Fund Scholarship program grants scholarships and interest-free loans to students pursuing their Bachelor’s degree at one of our reputable partner universities in Lebanon. The scholarship covers up to 50% of tuition fees, with the remaining balance payable to the university in installments.
City Fund currently partners with the following universities for undergraduate studies:
- Arab Open University (AOU) – 50% tuition scholarship across all majors and branches. Learn More

This program is an exclusive opportunity for applicants from all over Lebanon to pursue their Master’s Degree at the American University of Beirut – AUB. The Scholarship grants up to 50% of the tuition fees for students seeking to acquire their Master’s degree and allows them to pay the remaining portion of the university installment (50%) in monthly installments. This scholarship program was launched in response to the great increase in the tuition fees of the Lebanese University. It aims to support Lebanese University students by covering the tuitions fees of the accepted students. Learn More
Spotlight is a blended learning university scholarship program where students study on-site with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), a US-based University, and pursue their bachelor’s degree while being in Lebanon. Learn More
