LASeR is looking for a Project Coordinator for the Youth Empowerment Programs, someone who’s passionate about youth empowerment, training, Employment, and life long learning. The program coordinator will be responsible throughout the lifecycle of the programs, from design, implementation, and reporting. The coordinator will be managing multiple programs in Continuous Education and employability, and thus shall be interested and experienced in these two fields.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects planning, including: goals, objectives, outcomes and performance indicators, project schedules, timeline, work hours, trainers, participants, budget lines, logistics needed, detailed action plan…).
- Participate in curriculum development.
- Research training ideas, frameworks, and content.
- Develop ideas into proposals, build PR and relations and submit proposals accordingly
- Oversee the overall implementation of the project(s) in accordance with the project proposals.
- Responsible for the implementation of all the project activities.
- Supervise project team members, volunteers, and tasks as required.
- Reports writing (M&E + narrative reports).
- Implement communication plan of the programs
- Communicate and place calls with schools’ directors, universities, students, trainers, partners and employers.
- Perform field visits: schools, universities, NGOs and other.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings or field visits with stakeholders, partners, donors and audience.
- Pitch in front of partners, students, any target audience.
- Ensure that projects’ documents are properly up to date.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Masters Degree in Education , Business or a related major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fields of Education , Management , life long learning or Job Creation.
- Project cycle management experience, including work planning, reporting, and monitoring & evaluation.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated , Innovative and takes initiative.
- Smart , life long learner himself , and brings positive energy to the place 😀
- Familiarity with the education sector in Lebanon and the job market demands.
- Proven team spirit and leadership with the ability to work independently as required.
